Refund policy

Because your items are custom-printed just for you, we have a different policy than traditional retail stores.

Damages and Issues (Our Errors)

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Kanku.Threads@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong design, color, or size due to a fulfillment error).
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and arrange for a free replacement or refund if the issue is our mistake.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Buyer's Remorse)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer's Remorse: Since products are made to order, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse, which includes ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please refer to our size guides before purchasing.
  • Custom Products: Items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized (this is generally true for all our print-on-demand products).
  • Sealed Goods: Goods such as face masks that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, you would need to place a new order for the desired item at your own expense.
  • If your item arrived damaged or misprinted (an error on our part), we will send you a free replacement.

Lost in Transit or Address Issues

  • Lost Packages: All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Wrong Address/Unclaimed: If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address provided by you, or if it is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm an updated address. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Starting a Claim

To start a claim for a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us at Kanku.Threads@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds (If Approved)

We will notify you once we’ve received the necessary information and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved (typically for errors on our part or lost packages), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
